How to use XChat

From LUG-Jaipur

Steps:

• Start XChat. If you have not downloaded XChat yet, you can download it from here.
• When the Network List dialog comes up, type in your Nick name.

• In the Networks list, select Freenode. (It is nearly half way down the list.)
• Click Connect.

• When the Connection Complete window comes up (see below), click "Join this channel" and type in the box "#lug-jaipur".

• Click OK.
• You are now connected to the LUG-Jaipur IRC channel.
